Who Is Mitsukake?

Mitsukake is one of the seven seishi as you all know. His Character is shim which means sadness, It is located in the palm of his left hand. His ability is to Heal others. In doing so he must rest to recover from his healing jobs.

Why is Mitsukake so Quiet?

Myojuan had loved Shoka-san who died becuase he thought he had failed to protect her. He was in another village helping someone and came back one day to find Shoka-san had died of some horrible disease. From then on he had always been hard on himself.

Mitsukake and his healing ability

Myojuan had traveled accross many lands to help those who were in need of help. Mitsukake is a very caring person and trys to help everyone. Mitsukake has help Tamahome's family and healed the father. He has helped Miaka many times, and helped Tasuki after his series fight with Tamahome.

Tama - Mitsukake's Cat

As you know, Myojuan loves animals and takes care of all. He has a cat that puts in front of him to help and feed. Tama is a strong cat and has some Seishi chi within him.

How did Mitsuakake join Miaka

Miaka was in serious help, she had caught a disease that was going to kill her. Hitohori, Tasuki, and Nuriko had gone to Myojuan to ask for help but he had turned them down becuase he felt he had failed as a doctor at one point. Eventaully The 3 seishi come back and Nuriko blabs out Shoka-San and he believe that she had died a long time ago. He goes to see himself and find outs she is possesed by a deamon. He is forced to kill Shoka but get his final goodbye to her. Miaka is healed and points out that Mitsukake is a seishi.
